A new European Union Regulation has been adopted by the European Parliament and Council to prevent discrimination and offer assistance to persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. This applies to cruise departures where the port of embarkation is situated in a territory of a European Union state.
For Disney Cruise Line®, this pertains to all cruise departures from Spain and Italy in 2013 and 2014. If anyone in your party has a disability or reduced mobility that requires special assistance, please notify your authorized Disney vacation planner.
It is very important to pass this information along to Disney Cruise Line to allow them to assess the Guests’ needs and address them appropriately.
